CyberTruck Armor Glass Cutting Evaluation

CyberTruck Armor Glass Cutting Evaluation

LIFELINE has received numerous calls from Cybertruck owners who are concerned about their safety in life-threatening emergencies. In response, our team purchased a Cybertruck window to evaluate the effectiveness and performance of the EVAC-PRO tool on the laminated Armor Glass window.

Our CEO, James Counsellor, personally constructed a custom aluminum frame to hold the driver-side laminated Armor Glass window in place, simulating how the window would naturally fit within a Cybertruck door. This frame also provides the necessary support to attach the setup to a sturdy firefighting training rig.

As with all laminated cutting situations, Jay used the window beaker at the back of the tool to create a starter hole at the center base of the window. He then utilized the entire length of the blade, applying strong forward pressure to cut across the left side of the window as far as possible. After that, he returned to the middle to cut along the right side of the frame. In most real-life scenarios, the driver can punch or kick the window to disengage it from its casing and then push it out of the way to climb out of the vehicle. Upon purchase,

LIFELINE Rescue Tools provides all buyers with access to our online training program to help support and maximize user capabilities. EVAC-PRO™ IS THE ONLY CONSUMER ESCAPE TOOL THAT CUTS LAMINATED GLASS.
