Our CEO, James Counsellor, personally constructed a custom aluminum frame to hold the driver-side laminated Armor Glass window in place, simulating how the window would naturally fit within a Cybertruck door. This frame also provides the necessary support to attach the setup to a sturdy firefighting training rig.
As with all laminated cutting situations, Jay used the window beaker at the back of the tool to create a starter hole at the center base of the window. He then utilized the entire length of the blade, applying strong forward pressure to cut across the left side of the window as far as possible. After that, he returned to the middle to cut along the right side of the frame.
